I was unemployed all summer long, and even now I am only freelancing! But I definitely made the best of it! It seems awkward and strange not to go to work every day, but I know you can find the new path and wish you a quick and painless recovery!!! All the best!

I got laid off this year from the best job I ever had (even their advertising slogan said 'probably the best...' It's hard not to take it personally. I was unemployed for 6 weeks and during that time something magical occurred. I really started to find myself - relaunching all my creative dreams and talents. Unfortunately, the need to pay the mortgage meant I had to take another job (which I hate). Why can't they lay me off from this one??? My heart goes out to you, but this could really be the start of something special. My career counsellor told me that most people find jobs through their personal network - well 2000+ followers can't be a bad start! Just keep creating and the rest will surely follow.

I just read your interview and found it very interesting to hear your intelligent voice when not in the context of blog images and posts. You rock.

I'm so sorry to hear the news. You are such a creative soul, and challenges and adversity can be strange muses. I'm anticipating a similar situation, and I'm just trying to ride the wave and see where it will take me. Best of luck on your next adventure, along with the continued success of this lovely blog.

you are an all-star, tina, and i have no doubt that you will land on strong stems, with eyes looking to a future full of hope and brilliant promise for you as well as your family... be well.

don't just be strong, be inspired with possibilities of a blank page, and new beginnings, and lots and lots of crumpled, paper balls near the bin. sometimes the best things in life come from taking a second look at a tossed-out idea, or just working out the kinks and getting it right!

many, many blessings.

Hey, Tina darling. I'm so off the blogging track lately and haven't been around often (which will change this minute!) but I've been thinking about you a lot. You are a brilliant, independant, smart woman and you will find a great way to come out of this a winner. I know it. Thinking of you, my lovely! xoxo

That quote is lovely and true and those photos are exquisite.
As my mom would say - chin up, shoulders back, boobs out.
No matter what kind of trouble I've gotten myself in or be placed in the middle of, everything always turns out better than fine, even if it seems to be getting so much worse.
Love&light!
