...Over to Century City, to the Avenue of the Stars...
...Then back in the San Gabriel Valley (stopping in San Marino for a cupcake...)
...Of course I believe cupcakes are the perfect food...
...One of my former bosses at the paper used to tell me: There's no news in the newsroom. It's out there in the city...

I live in the Los Angeles area too and aside from the usual tourist spots - there are so many more awesome and obscure places to see. Lovely photos - esp. the cupcakes..:) And lunch with Colin Firth isn't too bad either! Have a great day!

i went to LA to visit my sister this weekend. The traffic was insane!! but all the cute little restaurants made up for it
Agreed on the cupcakes and I'm in LOVE with their individual bell jar/cake platters. Too beautiful. I wish I had a whole collection of them just to use as jewelry holders/displays!
Those cupcakes are looking really delicious. But still, if I had to choose between those and Colin Firth, well, I know what the choice would be! :-) Sounds like a lovely week. And beautiful pictures you took, ofcourse!
