They're Kate Spade from a few seasons ago. I suspect there might be a pair or two on ebay!

    I adore this post! (and flats!!!)
    I am very tall and while I adore a beautiful heel, I rarely feel comfortable in them and always prefer a classy flat. I will have to join your facebook group! ;-)
