Anthropologie Dinnerware

My home is ill-equipped for entertaining dinner guests. Six years ago, I started off with a set of half a dozen plates with matching bowls, glasses, and cups, all from Target. Today, I'm down to 3 plates, 4 bowls, and 4 cups. So, for my little get-together over the weekend, I had to make an emergency trip to Safeway to buy disposable plates. Maybe if I had guests over more frequently, I'd be better prepared.

I really don't mind the deplorable state of my china. In my fantasy world, where I have lots of dinner parties, I'd have the following eclectic selection of bowls, cups, and plates in my dinnerware collection. These pretties are all from Anthropologie.

Oh my, you hit my soft spot! Antho's! Clothing, homewares, etc! The blue plate is so beautiful in person, it reminds me of the bottom of my pool!

Unfortunately, I must admit, my current dinnerware is in the same state as yours! How I adore these picks from Anthropologie. Especially that divine Parisian plate!

Cheers.

I didn't know Anthropologie had dinnerware. How pretty! My dinnerware comes from Target, too.

Ohhh Anthro ... how I love you. Those latte bowls are perfect for everything. Especially icecream.

I want that Paris plate.

I like mix and match dishes - pick a color tone that goes with yours and supplement.

oh, how ironic, to hear of this place once more within days, I have never been, but attended a house warming party over the weekend and everyone seemed to have known about this delicatable place! My friend got some of the most charming gifts from there...the wheels are turning! Love your selections! Maybe its time for you to have a house warming of your own :)

Anthropologie's dinnerware is beautiful! Everything in their store is really. Too bad it's all so expensive! They do have small drawer handles and knobs for only a few dollars. Its a small cheap way to update an old desk or dresser!
