Thursday Giveaway: Charming Henri Bendel Travel Journal




This charming new travel journal (a $58 value) features a list of the hottest shops in London, Paris & Milan, along with maps on how to get there. (It also includes a number of maps of Europe along with useful travel information and lots of room to write about your beautiful finds.)

It's bound in red satin and edged with gold. It was purchased especially for some lovely reader of the English Muse at the Henri Bendel store in NYC. Please leave a comment to enter. A winner will be chosen on Monday!

The book, along with your blog, has helped me become certain for the first time in my life that I want to be a writer. A writer who is fortunate enough to travel, at that. I would adore this journal

  14. I LOVE this pretty journal, and your blog. Speaking of Paris, and A Single Man, I read the article in Paris Vogue about Tom Ford and his vision behind A Single Man and it is so fascinating. I've already seen the film twice and just find it, and the character of Charley specifically, so inspiring. I saved that same movie still of Charley's boudoir in my inspiration folder yesterday!

  70. i was lucky enough to study sculpture and art history in florence two summers ago and it was my first and only time out of the country...i am finally reading eat pray love and i carry that book with me in my purse as a constant reminder to someday soon go back and continue my travels in europe. :)

I'm sitting doing homework by the fire on a snowy wintery day in Winnipeg discussing travel plans and big life shake ups with my boyfriend. Will I take a year off law school and go adventuring with him? Will I apply to an exchange or volunteer program so we can see the world together? Will I transfer schools to another Canadian law school so we can start a new life in a new city?
