I have a love-hate relationship with neon signs. Sometimes they make me cringe, and sometimes they make me want to hang one in front of my kitchen (Dinners at Tina's {or Tinner's}) Very confusing. I loved the polaroids you took of Beverly Hills sign and I adore these. I want a t-shirt with that "Neon" sign! xoxo
Bella, T. Beautiful decay the subject of so many poems, stories. As former archaeologist, I tend to see these sorts of things thru love/hate prism as well. I suspect many of us would like that sassy sign somewhere in abode or on our person--in some form.

I want the sassy sign
They are so much more poetic as the lay there in the hot sand of day, than they were in their hey day.
Seems to me, there was a gorgeous magazine layout at that location with Mila Jovavich ....not too long ago?
Kind of sad, though, don't you think? All the hope gone into each one...
I wonder how many people each one attracted????
Gone are the days of yesterdays successes
the girl in the bottom one reminds me of snow white!
I love the idea of a neon sign graveyard, such faded decadence.

Oh how I wish I lived in Nevada so I could fill my house with all the beautiful pieces. I just love letters!
