Hello everyone, It's been several months since we started the International Society of Girls in Flats to celebrate beautiful -- and comfy -- shoes. (You don't have to give up your heels to join.) The group has now grown to more than 400 members on Facebook. (Katrina Tan of Pugly Feet is serving as the Doyenne of Flats.)

People from all over have been popping in to see the shoes on my blog. I think I will post more photos of lovely shoes. By the way, Echinachea cured my recent heavy cold within a day!! Highly recommended!!!! xx

Count me in, Queen of flats, at 5' nearly 10" - I never liked being the tallest gal, unless I am going out on the town and do not have to chase after anything...

most days my love for flats exceeds my love for heels, but there are some outfits that are high heel mandatory.

I LOVE that there is a 'Society' for flats... I just want all you girls to know that some guys think they are totally gorgeous shoes, and actually prefer to see you wearing them than high heels.
