It's September - things aren't as bright as they were
... which is a shame, but never mind. If your place is anything like here, it'll be bright again in a couple of weeks, before winter kicks in and gives us snow and quality television specials.
But if a place is worth visiting, it's worth visiting in September, right? So here are a few NYC yellows and reds from September last year. Or was it two years ago? Was it even September?

Looks more like November...the very start of the oh-so-cold, very nice shots, though!

You really have problem with time!

2000! wow!!!
2000 indeed .... congratulations Tina!!!
Wonderful moody, dramatic shots. Love the style of them. It was very, very bright when we were in the city last week! We hit one of those rare days when the air is crystal-clear and everything vivid.
I have yet to visit NY, and I agree that September would be the best time!
There is nothing better than NYC in September...leaves slowly changing, the crisp mornings, dew in the Park...perfect!
I'm so looking forward to spending my first autumn in New York. I love these marvelous images - they make out city look practically perfect!
Cheers.
P.S. We're throwing a giveaway today!
Some wonderful shots there Jonas! Thanks for sharing.
It was the first day of Spring a couple of days ago for us down here in New Zealand. I can feel summertime coming on ;)
Love, love, love NYC. Any time of year, but especially in the fall!
I will live there (or Boston) one day. I want it more than anything.
